| Explaination | There are no actual conflicts of interest in my employment/ business that, in the absence of an exemption, will conflict with my service on the Public Information Act Compliance Board, State. However, there may be a perceived conflict of interest due to the focus of my legal practice being Federal Government Contracts law. Therefore, while I do not anticipate any conflicts due to my legal practice primarily focusing on serving businesses contracting with the U.S. Federal Government - I nevertheless want to disclose this employment/business situation at this stage to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest. Additionally, if appointed to serve on the Public Information Act Compliance Board by the Governor, I shall actively avoid any actual or perceived conflicts of interest pursuant to all applicable State rules.
