| Explaination | I do not perceive any conflict of interest between my current roles in other organizations and my prospective position on the board. Each of these organizations has a dedicated team responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the American Optometry Association and the Maryland Optometry Board. Nevertheless, I recognize the importance of transparently disclosing all my financial interests and regularly updating these disclosures to the Board to mitigate any misunderstandings or potential conflicts of interest.
