My clinical duties include inpatient and outpatient mental health, as well as mental health services in primary care settings. As Section Director, my administrative duties include oversight of a wider range of adult and child/adolescent specialty services including outpatient programs, intensive outpatient programs, psychosocial rehabilitation, case management, mobile treatment, school-based programs, and a capitation program for adults with severe mental illnesses. All of my duties are centered in entities that are regulated, overseen, or funded by the State of Maryland. Any of these programs would potentially be affected by the Commission's recommendations to improve treatment and access to behavioral health services. |
