| Explaination | Our community organization received the 21st Century Learning Center grant issued by the Maryland State Department of Education. Although I am not the grant manager, and my position at BAAM is not paid out of grant funds, I am responsible for helping the organization implement the goals and objectives of the grant for the purpose of serving students who attend BAAM programming funded by the grant. I have spoken to representatives from the State Ethics Commission and received guidance on how to proceed with this disclosure. |
