| Explaination | I'm actually not sure there is a conflict, or whether an exception is required. This is the first time I've been asked to join a task force as a subject matter expert, and I'm offering to help. It goes without saying that the reason why i am an expert in this matter is that my family owns a medical day for the past 10 years, and that i have been the president of the Maryland Association of Adult Day Services (MAADS), which represents majority of the medical day care facilities in the State. This has made me uniquely familiar with medical day care issues and concerns beyond just my own facility. So, if such expertise is useful for this task force, i believe i may be of value to the mission of the task force. |
