| Explaination | I'm not sure if any of this constitutes a conflict or not, but I figure I should err on the side of caution. As an employee of Baltimore County, I am involved with the design and construction of new and renovated public buildings which may be subject to the Climate Solutions Now Act and its requirements for meeting energy performance standards. As such, my advice on the task force would potentially affect programs related to my work as an engineer with Baltimore County. As far as my volunteer work with USGBC, we may be making recommendations related to building energy performance standards and similar sustainability issues. If anyone wishes for more information about my work or volunteer activities, to help determine if there are potential conflicts, please reach out to me at the email or phone numbers provided. Thank you. |
